"Great follow-up"
Had some issues with the timescales for delivery of my order (suppliers' fault, not QS) and received regular updates and helpful replies to follow-up queries. Had an issue with one part which was replaced promptly and without quibble. Great experience.

"Awesome customer service"
After 7 years a metal clamp on my shower screen snapped, I contacted QS who advised it was a chargeable part but would contact the manufacturer, I was just glad I could get the part and happy to pay. The following day Saby emailed me and said they would send it to me free of charge, this was as the bank holiday started. Saby advised the part would arrive on the Wednesday which it did. I cannot recommend QS highly enough and Saby in particular for outstanding customer service. Fabulous!!
QS if you read these, Saby deserves a reward, he's a credit to your company!

"Horrendous delivery system but helpful at QS and correct items"
Horrendous delivery system. Told on 9 May delivery would be today 11 May 7am - 5.30pm. If not available to receive order would be charged for re-delivery.
I’m very unwell so emailed QS to request a time slot but they said that’s not possible.
They said I’d receive delivery notification before dispatch from them but I haven’t. NOTHING. No email, text, call NOTHING
Got up 7am having changed appointment to be home 7 - 5.30 but not heard anything more since emailing QS on 9 May.
I’ve never experienced such a horrible delivery system in my life.

Also, the people I had contact with at QS by email and phone were helpful and friendly.
Just a pity that the delivery system is so odd with no contact from the delivery company at all to confirm or give a more reasonable length time slot. That does make it stressful in comparison to when you receive confirmation the day before with your slot.
Also, I wasn’t actually informed prior to delivery; that first we heard from them was when he knocked on our door
"Avoid at all cost"
Avoid at all cost. They are offering items which are discounted which does not exist. No phone to call customer service. Items not removed although contacted to remove. They will charge you for item and after few days cancel and you will wait for up to 7 working days for your money.

Would give Zero stars if able.
Ordered a vanity unit that quite clearly said was in stock, I paid for it. I then received an e mail that it would arrive in six weeks time. I called and asked to cancel the order, I was told that I would receive an e mail and to acknowledge it and say I wanted to cancel. To date no e mail has arrived. Ian going to contact trading standards .

"I purchased materials for 3 bathrooms…"
I purchased materials for 3 bathrooms but found I made an error on one shower door which was noticed outside the refund period. QS supplies did eventually agree to a return but the cost was prohibitive even though the door was still in as an as delivered condition in its original packaging. I would therefore buy locally in future.

"FAULTY Basin"
Basin received on 19th April 2023 is faulty. Filled in their online faulty item form and supplied photos. After 2 attempts to contact QS, finally got email from Nayma to confirm receipt of faulty item report on 20th April and they will update shortly. Had no more communication. Phoned them every day for 5 days - the receptionist unable to put me through to the necessary department. Now 3 weeks later, still had no response from them, more phone calls and still no update. Had I read Trustpilot before ordering I would have found their customer service is non existent if you receive a faulty item. Avoid QS supplies…

"Ordered a specific Toilet seat to…"
Ordered a specific Toilet seat to replace one in a bathroom Our bathroom fitters said it was no longer available to order. Googled the make and QS supplies not only had it but also cheaper. Packaged well, delivered undamaged earlier than expected
Communication via email updates was good too

Did not deliver on time and only when I chased them did they bother to respond. They couldn't say where the item was so I asked to cancel order 4 or 5 times. They refused. When they finally traced the order the are courier to return to them the undelivered item, but then told me I could not have a refund until they had checked the quality of the returned item, when I had not even received it! They did apologise but they refused to refund until I had made a fuss. Truly awful. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.
