A friend had actually recommended them to me, so I expected a better experience. But when I asked what would fit in my bathroom, they didn’t seem to really know, and the advice I got ended up not being helpful. Frustrating before making a purchase

Maybe I was expecting too much, but it took ages for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn’t really help much. I’m not sure if I caught them at a bad time or what, but the whole experience was frustrating

Had a small issue and they got it sorted quickly, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t a big hassle in the end, so cheers for the help.

The site was simple enough to poke around on, and the filters actually helped a lot. It did take me a bit to find the delivery info, but other than that, no real problems.

I ordered click and collect thinking it’d be quick and easy, but it turned into more hassle than I expected. I had to wait around for quite a while, and the staff didn’t really seem to know where my item was. I mean, I did get it in the end, but there wasn’t any proper update or apology, which was a bit frustrating. The price was fine, but the collection process definitely needs sorting out. I’m not sure I’d use click and collect again.

The delivery date never felt very clear, and I found myself waiting around more than I’d planned because of it. When it finally arrived, the item itself was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue. It was just the whole waiting bit that was frustrating. I’d probably only order from them again if I didn’t need it anytime soon.

I ordered from qssupplies.co.uk i’m happy with what I received. The item feels solid and well made... definitely not cheap or flimsy, which was the main thing I was worried about. Looks like it should last a good while. I’d happily use them again.

I’ve used QS Supplies for a few jobs now on the trade account, and to be fair, it’s been decent. Prices are usually good, and it saves messing about all over the place because you can get most of the bathroom stuff from one site. Setting the account up was simple enough as well, no real headache there.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the delivery updates can be a bit hit and miss, if I’m being honest. Had one order where I had to chase to find out what was going on, which was a bit annoying. But nothing major in the end, and customer service did get back to me when I messaged them, so overall I’d still use them again.

There are a ton of listings, which is great, but it can make choosing harder than it needs to be. I kind of blame them for giving me too many options to sort through

I got it fitted without any hassle at all. I’m a bit biased toward anything that doesn’t make me sit there rereading instructions for ages, and this was exactly that, straightforward and no head scratching needed.

I paid by card and it took about a minute to go through, but it was fine. Nothing really to complain about, it worked as expected...

Ordered a tap from QS Supplies and, to be honest, I was a bit wary because I’ve had my trust knocked by product listings before. This one turned out fine though, the photo matched, the sizes were accurate, and there weren’t any annoying surprises when it arrived.

I ordered from QS Supplies thinking I was getting a fairly decent deal, but yeah, it didn’t really feel like it in the end. The item itself was just okay, nothing special, and once the delivery cost was added on it felt even less worth it. I probably could’ve found something similar cheaper somewhere else. Not the worst experience ever, just not great value, and I don’t think I’d bother using them again.

The measurements were pretty much spot on. The specs matched up fine, and it fit with no real issue at all. Easy, easy install for me...

I ordered a few bathroom bits and the delivery date just kept Moving, which was frustrating. I had to chase them up twice and the replies I got were kind of vague. The stuff did turn up in the end, but it messed up my plumber booking, so that was a pain. Not the Worst experience ever, but I wouldn’t be in a big rush to use them again...

I had a warranty issue and it did get sorted eventually. It was maybe a bit slower than I’d expected, but overall the outcome was fine.

I ended up wandering around, not getting clear answers, and leaving confused. I bought from somewhere else in the end. What made it more annoying was the follow-up apology felt really canned, like a copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience” rather than anyone actually caring about the experience.

I had to message them about my delivery because I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, although maybe I was just being a bit impatient. They got back to me quickly, not instantly or anything, but the replies were clear and they kept me updated. Everything arrived fine in the end, so I can’t really complain. I’d probably use them again.
